So I had a gastric sleeve, and I just don’t have the room for enough fluids during the day anymore. Previous I used to drink 2.5L per day so I really felt dehydrated. I cannot take the massive electrolyte meds I used to, so I needed an alternative. This does the trick. I can feel an instant change in my brain when I take this, I more alert, awake and overall brighter. If I forget to add it in to my squash I notice. Definitely recommend.

I like how you can turn any drink into sports drink with this product. I add it to my water in the morning or juice etc as I go during the day.Only downside for this product is that the cap sometimes leaks so if you carry it around, make sure it's upright at all times.

Good value. A couple of drops does the job. Ideal for gym water& replace goodies after the Sauna

The bottle is tiny. Tastes ok. I’m not sure I feel any difference? I won’t be re buying.

Bought this as an addition to our first aid kit. Has coming in handy when one of the family has has an upset stomach or headaches to re-hydrate them.There is no flavour or horrible smell so easy enough to and to your cold drinks.The consistency is like cordial so not thick or unpleasant. Always get good feedback about how they have worked. Good for the morning after a few drinks if you’ve been celebrating.

Appears to be expensive however a little goes a long way so last a long time … very good at hydrating … I take a little Celtic salt first and then add to water … tastes better than tap water

Bought to add to water bottle for exercise during the summer we never had. Effective. Expensive though.

Good electrolytes, good value low taste no sugar.

Exactly what I needed. I usually buy Viridian Electrolyte Fix but that wasn't available. Thankfully I found this, and this is pretty much exactly the same! Downside to this is it's in a plastic bottle rather than glass, but on the upside, the dropper in the lid is great and easy to use, and is better than the other brand I buy, which gets claggy. Very happy with this purchase and would buy again.

I was happy with the service from the seller prompt arrival and competitive price also choice of different sizes. I didn’t find the product made much difference for me. It’s mainly for people who do a lot of running and exercise

it's insane how good this thing is why by electrolyte water from shops where you can make your own and with less shady ingredients. I can feel it hydrates better than regular water Highly recommended

Purchased to put in my drink when swimming. I have a medical issue and can dehydrate quickly . I have found this product stops the cramp I used to get and I can swim long distances.

These drops are great, better than dissolvable tablets which most have maltodextrin(sugar) hidden in them, from my latest blood test my electrolytes are all spot on highly recommended

I’ve used this gear in yesrs And the bottle instructions are unreadable.

According to my wife this stuff works🤷‍♂️so thats all that matters, she suffers from cramps.

Bit expensive but works a treat

I've bought this, on and off, for many years. It makes tapwater more natural, and better for you, adding various naturalistic salts with a few drops per kettle full.

This really helps me with intermittent fasting. Good easy product.

Doesn’t really have a flavour as such which is nice. It’s very easy to use as you just slightly squeeze the bottle to allow ‘drops’ into your water & count them so you know how much you’ve put in it! I’ve not had any headaches through dehydration since I’ve been using it.

I bought these after a bought of illness where one of my family members dehydrated quite badly. With the recent heatwave, I thought it prudent to keep some of these in the first aid kit. One of my children has a very physical job and so these provide peace of mind that they won't dehydrate.It's good to find a brand that doesn't pack their product with sugar. They aren't easy to figure out the dose, so we got a travel bottle too, to learn the correct dosing. I will always have these in the house from now on.

This is just concentrated salt water. It is simple and handy. I was using a few capfuls to help with a deficiency. It is good for a pick me up and enters system quickly. You can't overdose on this product.

I have pots syndrome, and need electrolytes daily. These are great. No waiting to dissolve a gritty tablet, no high sugar. Easy to adjust how much you want to take. Great stuff.

I was working in hot environment. And gelt totally dehydrated, despite constant drinking. By just putting a few drops of this in my drinks. I gelt back to normal. Highly recommended

I find this easy and convenient to use. The company have obviously listened to their customers and have now put dosage advice on the bottles.You can taste it, it’s slightly bitter and an aftertaste that lasts a few minutes but I’m ok with that as it works for me and lasts ages.

If you dilute it enough as instructed you won’t take it but there is a funny after taste on your tongue that’s not too pleasant. Hard to tell if your getting your electrolytes but since I’m no chemist I’ll assume it worked

Perfect and easy to get electrolytes for running or any sports activity.

I was surprised but did notice a difference. I do a lot of sport and take a magnesium supplement but this feels liike it provides additional support. I have it either in my water first thing in the morning and also put in my water bottle to drink while playing tennis.

I got recommended this product by a good friend as I work on a building site as a bricklayers labour and sweat heavily and suffer from severe cramps day and night and since taking this product I get nothing it has changed my life! Thanks
